Der Leibovich-Score (2003) ist ein Standard-Prognosemodell für Patienten mit nicht-metastasiertem klarzelligem Nierenzellkarzinom (ccRCC) nach radikaler Nephrektomie. Er nutzt pT-Stadium, pN-Stadium, Tumorgröße, Kerngrad und Nekrose zur Vorhersage des Metastasierungsrisikos.
