Clinical Context & Background
EndoPredict combines a 12-gene molecular score with tumor size and nodal status to generate the EPclin Score. It is validated to predict the risk of distant recurrence (both 0-10 years and 5-15 years) in ER+, HER2- breast cancer, helping decisions on adjuvant chemotherapy and extended endocrine therapy.
