O-RADS™ US bietet ein standardisiertes Lexikon und Risikostratifizierungssystem für ovarielle und adnexale Raumforderungen. Es ordnet eine Risikokategorie (O-RADS 1-5) basierend auf Morphologie, der „3-mm-Regel" für solide Anteile und Vaskularisation (Color Score) zu und leitet das klinische Management (Beobachtung, MRT oder Überweisung zum Spezialisten).
